Kevin Pydde is a seasoned serial entrepreneur with over 35 years of experience in the industrial sector. He has established a strong presence both domestically in Canada and internationally, particularly in the oil and gas industries in the Middle East and Northeast Africa. Throughout his career, Kevin has successfully sold two companies, demonstrating his ability to build and exit thriving businesses. He has worked for both public and private general contracting firms, specializing in business development and executive management. Kevin’s expertise includes strategic planning, project management, and operational excellence within complex industrial environments. His leadership skills have driven growth and innovation across multiple endeavors. Kevin is now focused on expanding his new venture, XSI Industrial Corp., into the Canadian and global markets. .
Paul Mabbett, President
Paul serves as President of XSI Industrial Corp., where he drives innovation and problem solving in the fields of mechanical services, NDT, and access. His leadership is defined by a commitment to safety, efficiency, and forward-thinking solutions that meet the evolving needs of clients in oil and gas, infrastructure, and heavy industry. With a proven track record of building businesses, managing multimillion-dollar projects, and advancing industry standards, Paul continues to shape the future of access, inspection, and mechanical services across Canada.
Brandon Hutton, GM
Brandon is a seasoned professional in the integrity and materials engineering field, with over 15 years of experience supporting the energy sector, combining strong technical expertise with strategic business leadership.
Since beginning his career in 2009, Brandon has specialized in integrity management and non-destructive testing, holding Canadian General Standards Board (CGSB) certifications that reflect his commitment to technical excellence. Over the past decade, he has taken on progressive leadership roles, guiding teams and organizations with a focus on safety, innovation, and operational performance. As a co-founder and leader at XSI Industrial Corp., Brandon’s drive is to develop sustainable business relationships and ventures that invest in the future of the industry. His vision is rooted in building long-term value for clients while advancing technologies and practices that strengthen the integrity of energy infrastructure.
He holds a Materials Engineering Technology Diploma from NAIT and an MBA from the Australian Institute of Business.
